The CNC lathe feed route refers to the path through which the tool starts from the point of the knife(or the fixed origin of the machine tool) until it returns to that point and ends the processing process. Including the cutting process path and cutting tool cut, cut out and other non-cutting blank path.
The refined feed route is basically carried out along the outline of its parts. Therefore, the focus of determining the feed route is to determine the feed route for rough processing and empty stroke.
In NC lathe processing, the determination of the processing route generally follows the following principles.
